The Edge S will reputedly be Motorola's next premium smartphone, but new information suggests that the Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 888 will not be powering it. Instead, Qualcomm will leverage the Motorola Edge S launch to announce a new Snapdragon 800 series chipset. Apparently, a new 5 nm chipset codenamed Shima may be at the heart of the Edge S.

Can someone tracking Motorola phones tell me if they have Always on Display? Last time I checked it was a Peek Display which means if you are not around looking at the screen when the notification arrives, you miss it.
