Lenovo's mid-range gaming laptop is able to run all current PC games smoothly on its matte 17.3-inch screen (144 Hz, FHD, IPS), thanks to its Core i5-9300H processor and its GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card. A maintenance hatch allows users to easily swap RAM and storage. The iGPU, which is disabled by default, can be enabled through the BIOS to improve battery life.

I'm reading through this article and I still don't get it - were you reviewing the Y540 or Y740? Because I see references to both in the article (too much copy-paste?) and the spec sheet is for the 17" model.
Never mind, I just saw what I wrote (they're both 17" models, just different series. Sorry.
Thanks a lot for this review! I'm going to receive exactly the laptop that you have reviewed and I'm glad to read the good results that have obtained on the tests.
Please would you let me know the steps for activated integrated GPU to increase the battery lifetime, I bought this laptop and and I suffer from the battery lifetime, it just runs for 2 hours in maximum.
Sincerely

I want to buy this laptop for the 180deg tilting screen: so I can use it fully as desktop replacement, placing it below a 28 inch screen suspended by a arm fixed to the desk. Other brand's laptop only goes to about 135deg, so the laptop screen remains above the 28inch ext. monitor. Thanks, Lenovo!
