We are already familiar with the Lenovo ThinkPad P15s Gen 1 even though this is the first time we have it in our hands. This may sound like a contradiction, however, we are familiar with all the aspects of the ThinkPad P15s Gen 1 except for one: The factory-calibrated UHD display that is supposed to be brighter than all other ThinkPad screens.

Who buys ThinkPad's to watch movies? Jeez, another 16:9 "pro" wannabe.
One of the better reviews on NBC here, good job!
Intel is poor value since Q1 2020, and while AMD Ryzen 4000 laptops were nearly all castrated (Asus G14: no webcam. HP Omen 15: very mushy keyboard, dark display. Lenovo Legion 5: mushy keyboard, limited to RTX 2060. Lenovo T14: no dGPU version), AMD Ryzen 5000 must change everything in 2021
The only feature missing with AMD is Thunderbolt 4 and more USB C charging.

Speakers on Thinkpads are terrible usually. I wouldn't bother using this to watch anything or host a conference. Sound is worse than a smartphone.
seems good for business purposes
Completely outdated stuff for inadequate money. The processor should be 3 times faster for the money. Or there should be at least 32GB of memory soldered there and a 2TB SSD of the 970 Pro level to justify the price for such squalor.
Look at the amount of empty space of the internals (photo 4) - worse than a bag of Doritos!
You can easily put a flipping AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS + RTX 3060 in there and still have space for expandable RAM.
Thanks for talking about coil whine.
