This new AiO desktop PC has a generous 28-inch PixelSense touch display, uses a discrete NVIDIA GeForce graphics adapter with up to 4 GB VRAM, a Skylake Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, as well as up to 32 GB of memory.

Perhaps to keep costs down as well as heat emissions down to an extent. I don't think the 1060, 1070 and 1080 would be ideal in the AiO. It's not too old, being last gen (Maxwell) they can still be kicking butt. I own an Asus G752VT with a similar GPU (GTX 970M) and you can do a lot and throw a lot at it and it'll carry on as it should be, smoothly.
