According to reports, Xiaomi is looking to release the Redmi Note 12 series outside China a couple of months earlier than anticipated. With the global rollout of the Note 12 series, would that mean the price drop of the Note 11 series?

I'm quite sure it won't. Couple of weeks later of introducint 11 series at a good price, it has increased and series 10 did't do lower, maybe now, as series 12 arrives. I doubt it will happen to 11.
I hope for the global versions come with Snapdragon.
