Unlike foldable smartphones that are now mostly using ultra-thin glass (UTG) for the cover of their flexible screens, the cover material of the OLED displays used for the budding niche of foldable laptops is still in flux. HP, in particular, has decided on a thin polyimide (PI) film instead of UTG for its 17-in foldable laptop.
