Sony may be keeping its fans in the dark about the release of the Xperia 1 III, but a teardown video has confirmed that the handset will be difficult to repair. From copious screws and glue to a firmly installed battery, the Xperia 1 III is not a forgiving device to repair.

Hey Alex, did you really watch the video? There are indeed battery pull tabs, dude! The YouTuber said he used isopropyl alcohol because he didn't want to waste the pull tabs.
