Title: Chuwi LapBook 12.3 (Celeron, 2K IPS) Laptop Review
Post by: Redaktion on October 18, 2017, 10:58:31
How much notebook do you need? The affordable Chuwi LapBook 12.3 is designed for everyday tasks. The metal chassis, the high-resolution display, as well as the silent operation are advantages of the laptop.

3840x2160 is 4K. 2880x1620 is 3K. By those ratios, 2K would be FHD 1920x1080. Not 2560x1440 either. This 2736x1824 resolution is a lot higher horizontally than 1920x1080, and also uses a much taller aspect ratio. I don't know the best term for this resolution, but I would probably call it something other than 2K.

Nice to see a laptop provide a very good display instead of less-noticeable upgrades in other areas, at a relatively low price, though. As long as you can get by with the storage setup.

1734:1 contrast, 98% sRGB - still better than business laptops priced 8x as high

Great review and amazing laptop for the money (280$).
Good for all everyday tasks.

The lapbook air is also great. Torn between the two of them.
