These three Motorola handsets are finally receiving their Android 4.4.2 KitKat update from Verizon Wireless as promised one month ago.

My text alert volume level is loud only after update. Anyway to adjust it? Also,alphabetic phone listings are gone can scroll only rather than go right to the persons last name.
