An Intel graphics driver has leaked online that provides information about Intel's upcoming integrated and discrete GPUs. The next generation Gen12 GPU will be fabbed on a 10nm process and will be seen in CPUs such as Tiger Lake and Xe discrete graphics. Also on the anvil are new CPU families including Rocket Lake, Jasper Lake, and an unknown CPU named ATS.

1 EU include 16 shaders? upgraded from 8 from last gen igpu
That could make sense , 1024 shaders , 1100mhz clock is about 1 Tfloop
512 EU x 16 is 8192 shaders its 3000 more than 2080ti but clocked way lower. So can we expect 2080 TI level in 2020 from intel ? and the question is : prize?

It's not 16 shaders. It's 8 with FMA. FMA allows 1 to execute 2 instructions, same as with AMD/Nvidia.
More accurately, 1 Intel EU contains 2 pipes with each pipe containing 4 32-bit units with FMA. That's how you get 16. 4 units x 2 FMA x 2 pipes.
And its same with the current generation. 24 EUs = 384GFlops @ 1GHz. Actually, 16Flops/GHz/EU was introduced back in 2012 with Ivy Bridge.
