Telegram back in Brazil after it was shut down by the Brazilian Supreme Court over misinformation charges

Brazilian Supreme has unbanned popular messaging app Telegram. Previously, the app was banned in Brazil for its failure to curb the spread of misinformation. The suspension was lifted after Telegram tweaked the way it deals with false information.
