AMD has already released several Radeon RX 6000 desktop GPUs, but it has not forgotten about the laptop market. According to a new report, AMD still plans to deliver new laptop GPUs before the start of Q3 2021, presumably with a few SKUs ranging from the RX 6600M to the RX 6800M.

Which of these will make it to the Apple MacBook refresh with Apple Silicon?
It makes sense that Apple still provides a discrete graphics option for their high end MacBook Pro 16. I don't think M1X alone can compete with other laptops for power users who need the extra performance a dedicated graphics processor can provide.

Any information on whether they have improved the video encoding chip - Video Core Next for quality? It really sucks on AMD vs NVIDIA's Turing/Ampere HEVC and H.264 quality.
