The Google Pixel 6 series has launched with Android 12, the latest version of Google's popular operating system onboard. However, you'd never know that the Pixel 6 was powered by Android looking at Google's website.

It's "fuchsia", not "fuschia". Understandable mistake.
I hope they will leave android. My Nest Hub switched to Fuchsia and I want to throw it into garbage now, it's laggy as hell, no font aliasing and other issues..
Of course Fuschia is coming but if you don't think it's going to be called Android by that time you're kidding yourself.
Except for the fact that the footnote for how long the device will receive updates does mention Android specifically, sure I suppose you could say there's no mention of Android.
You should perform a factory reset on your nest hub. After I did that, all my problems problems were solved..
@JoshR Thanks for picking that up. Illustrates the point of the article perfectly. Google has relegated Android to merely a footnote.
If you read number 28 in the fine print, which the part about update points to, it talks about Android.
