Intel has not only confirmed the product stack of its Cascade Lake-X series but has also priced at unbelievably competitively. The series starts at just US$590 for the 10 core Core i9-10920X, before rising to US$979 for the 18 core Core i9-10980XE. Your move, AMD.

I love how you make it sounds as if AMD wouldn't release the next Threadripper series in November as a direct counter.
And as if intel would dash out their HEDT line for under 1000$ if they had any other option.
Yeah just a mere 1000$ nothing more than a peanut. That is why AMD will always be the best choice for people they are not that expensive.
They made an arror in the article, they said the 10920x was 599, I think they meant the 10900x

Well spotted, I meant the i9-10900X and not the 920X. I've updated the article accordingly.

I didn't insinuate that, but ok ::)
