The 12gen, 13gen and 14gen Intel processors do not have artificial intelligence so practically NO ONE WANTS THEM ANYMORE and I still see that figure as quite expensive for the Intel chip that has been a disaster in the last 3 years.

Last post by Redaktion - Today at 19:59:28
Apple's latest iPad Air has upgraded to the M2 chipset as well as the same 11- and 13-inch size options as its Pro counterpart. It has also now grabbed more of the vlogging spotlight for itself - courtesy of teardown experts iFixit. The tablet was, quite ironically, found to be no lighter or easier to get into than the new Pro 13.

The product looks very good with good Hardware and also Software from MINISFORUM specialists in mini computers.
But the product that interests me and is on everyone's lips is MINISFORUM V3, a three-in-one that competes directly with the Surface 10 Pro and the new Qualcomm Elite laptops.
According to what I could read, Minisforum V3 had already achieved the figure of 1 million units sold in 2 months. I hope for an update with Zen 5

to correct myself: well it can be explained by logic and reason (it must, otherwise it wouldn't make sense), but the reasoning behind isn't a mind that wants good things for the customer. That mind wants to confuse the customer, make him unhappy with his purchase, buy something more expensive, buy something "better" soon after that. But the next you buy a "better" notebook, you'll soon find out it just contains another inexplicable, utterly dumb flaw.

Nobody ever learns anything in this industry.

This sh1tshow has been going on since forever since laptops existed. I don't think the industry is as dumb in reality. They probably do this on purpose. All brands.

You can find an utterly dumb flaw on almost any laptop. And I'm not talking about a neglectable flaw, but a flaw that stands out as really dumb. And this dumb flaw cannot be explained by reason or logic. It's impossible that this thing could have been overlooked during the design, testing, manufacturing process. Even the biggest idiot would have realized it. And yet it's there.

QuoteBlackRock becomes Samsung Securities' third-largest shareholder

BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, has become Samsung Securities' third-largest shareholder as of the end of February, data showed.

According to data from the Financial Supervisory Service, the U.S. investment firm secured a 5.46 percent stake in the Samsung affiliate as of Feb. 28. No other global asset managers possess more than a 5 percent stake in a Korean securities firm.

As usual, laptop vendors intentionally kneecap their AMD models because ??? Let's see:
  • no USB 4, Slow HDMI, no SD reader
  • smaller battery than Intel model
  • MAX 16GB Soldered memory
  • Base 8640HS version is limited to 8GB Soldered memory - this is BEYOND absurdity
  • No fingerprint reader/biometrics
  • 16 Inch device with only 1 M.2 slot, max 1TB from HP, so you might have to replace IMMEDIATELY

This is completely repulsive by HP.
Nobody ever learns anything in this industry.

P.S. Notebookcheck, I don't understand your claim of DC Dimming on this one. You wrote: "Pulse-width modulation is present on all brightness levels including the maximum setting. Its frequency would stay constant 492 Hz throughout the entire brightness range" - this is NOT DC Dimming
