Android 4.4 KitKat wird es noch auf die Sondermodelle des Galaxy S3 schaffen. Nur das Galaxy S3 mit LTE und das Galaxy S3 Neo erhalten das Update. Der Grund ist der größere Arbeitsspeicher der beiden Modelle.
