Oura Ring and Strava integration announced for collated workout and health data

Oura and Strava have announced a two-way integration, allowing users to move data between the two apps. The pairing will enable you to include exercise data logged in Strava on a different wearable in your Oura Readiness and Activity scores. You can then share your scores or exercise with your followers on Strava.
