The mid-range HTC U11 Life is expected to arrive next week and, according to its latest visit at Geekbench, this handset features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

This is low for a Snapdragon 660. It could have been underclocked or it could just be the SD 630. There may be a 660 variant, which would be huge.
