A host of Redmi Note 8 Pro owners remain without Android 10 as latest update supposedly fixes Netflix compatibility issues

I bought Redmi note 8 pro in january and still have not received any system update or android update. My phone is still in 11.0.4.0(PGGINXM). Please kindly help me in updating my phone.

The problem I am having with my note8 is the front camera flash as gone when I take a picture the whole screen turn into a torch and try to take a picture and save it to the memory card the picture won't save I really wonder if Xiaomi cares about these issues. And another thing when I set ringtone from my play list that tone change after a few minutes.

Waiting for Android 10 from last 3 months, today i got this update and m downloading it for Android 10 as it's only mentioned that it fixes Netflix HDR issue 😁

I have Android 10 on my RN8 Pro probably 3 or 4 months already. Got the latest security patch alongside which it is stated that the Netflix HD compatibility is resolved. I received the update last month and now it is 11.0.3.0 (QGGEUXM) version.
