Although the financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, we know that Tenor will continue to operate under the same name "to help people visually express their thoughts and emotions." Earlier this year — less than four years since it brought GIFs to mobile messaging — Tenor managed to reach the 1.2 billion search requests per month milestone.
