The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is official with one Cortex-X3, four Cortex-A715 and three Cortex-A510 CPU cores, an Adreno 740 GPU, a new Spectra ISP, support for UFS 4.0 memory and Wi-Fi 7. Devices using the chipset will be commercially available by the end of 2022.

Because the facts are there (and have been measured and validated), so they are just mentioning them.
Wifi 7 will not be ratified until 2024, releasing a chip with support for it before then is pointless as nothing will be available for it to connect to, and it likely won't be compatible with the final version.

Can you correct the article? It's not 4 cortex 715 it's 2 x 715 and 2 x 710
