This is the state of the art for affordable nvme ssd ....and still half the speed necessary to be used as expansion drive in the ps5....incredible
Whoever wrote this article is so dumb. I can get a 1tb pioneer with read speeds at 3400 MB/s for $119.99. $200 for a TB? That's insanely overpriced. Not to mention Sabrent makes M.2 nvme 1 TB for around 120 on sale (150 regular) and it also has 3000 MB/s write speeds along with 3500 read speeds.

What I'm trying to say here is that this isn't exciting news, it's disappointing, and for a few reasons. Firstly it means another company is coming in with a subpar piece of tech at a high price, nearly double some other competitors, and secondly it shows that the person whom wrote this article did exactly no research on the topic and doesn't understand what they are reporting on in the slightest.
