Title: Apple's CEO Tim Cook saying "Stay tuned!" to Mac user asking for newer Macs.
Post by: Redaktion on September 13, 2016, 15:08:25
Now, that the iPhone 7 and the Apple Watch Series 2 are out, Apple fans turn towards their Macs and are asking for an update. At least one user did, who wished to remain anonymous but wrote to Tim Cook asking him, if he is pulling away from the Mac line.

Apple has let all worldwide mac-users wait too long to expect hardware upgrade of Mac product lines.
It is absurd that a light-weight mobile multimedia workstation laptop is still equipped with a 3-year-old haswell processor and a 'Cape-Verde' Radeon R9 M370X (exactly the same with the 4-year-old Radeon HD 7870M) in 2016, which its performace will be beaten by a common $1000 multimedia laotop like the Dell Inspiron 15 7559.
So disappointed for Apple's endless delay of new Macs' release.

I am a win 10 user looking to go Mac but a bit apprehensive on the lack of upgrades coming from Apple. I would think it would more interesting if one could configure a Mac or I Mac with components of your choice. Mr. Cook should look at the competition.
