My first question was 'what os does it boot? ', which the article doesn't bother to answer, so I followed the ameriDroid link and noticed the big red note above the product description: "Until a functional OS boot image is available, we will not be selling this product, except by special request". So there's my answer - Pine haven't got anything running on it yet, and ameriDroid aren't actually selling it to ordinary folk yet.
