Chrome 79 for Android has a critical bug that can delete the locally saved data in other apps. The bug affects apps that rely on Chrome's WebView for webpage rendering. Google has paused the rollout of Chrome 79 for the time being until a fix is found.

Are they seriously blaming the users for not being beta testers and seeing this before final release?
