Bisher hat noch kein einziges Gerät aus Samsungs Budget-Reihe Galaxy J ein Update auf Android Oreo erhalten. Zuletzt hieß es, dass die Updates für das Galaxy J3, J5 und J7 Mitte Juli eintreffen werden, neuere Informationen legen aber eine weitere Wartezeit von mehreren Monaten nahe.
