Acer markets the TravelMate X514-51 as being particularly small and lightweight, and it does not disappoint in that regard. Our tests will determine whether this Whiskey Lake business laptop is up to scratch, though.

Renamed sf514.
First off, excellent to see Acer release an ultrabook that DOES NOT have a glossy screen. Maybe they are finally getting over the touchscreen fad, like everyone else did a couple years ago.
Two flaws though, the screen needs to be brighter. Good contrast and color accuracy almost make up for this though.
Then there is the battery. Hell, make the thing a couple millimeters thicker and stuff a 50 watt hour battery in it. Well worth giving up the extra 100 grams for.
