Arctis pro wireless had a design flaw where the headband cracked as it connects to the earcups. Effectively made the headset a timebomb waiting to break.
I didn't use mine outside the office. Not stuffed in backpack. Not worn to office. Gaming time only. Gentle use and broke just after, 2 years.
No support or repair option. For €250+ not acceptable.
Does the arctis nova pro have the same flaw??
Take the earpad off and examine how the steel stud connects into the plastic earcup. Easy to examine. Previous had a 3mm plastic thick stud. Failed eventually. Don't buy this set until it's proven this design has been improved.

There's only one 'tiny' problem with this text: the product sold at discount is... not a WIRELESS version, but wired. And you can easily tell the two apart (other than via the box), looking at the photo of accessories. the dac unit for wireless is 'deep', chunky, sits on the desk, display facing forward. DAP for the wired version is 'shallow'.
