Oukitel is probably best known for its smartphones with ingress-protection ratings such as IP68/69K, a reinforced-style casing and large batteries for prolonged screen-on time. These features also apply to its latest product, the RT1 - however, this one has the OEM's largest display to date, at 10 inches. Oukitel will launch it for outdoor-life fans later in November 2021.

The most important feature of an outdoor tablet is the panel brightness, so it should probably be LCD unless they've made some significant advances in OLED. Hopefully it's at least 1000 nits.
I doubt the 4G/LTE will work in America. Most Chinese chips run at a slightly different 4G frequency than what works in America. I had a 4G Oukitel K6000, and had to get rid of it for that reason. The phone itself was okay, mostly the battery was great, lasted 3 days. Phone also supported FM radio.
