SpaceX is lowering the monthly subscription price for its Starlink satellite Internet service citing 'improved market conditions.' The Stalink price cuts sometimes reach 50% for select users.

Too bad that all AMERICANS can't have starlink or the chance to have it but it is given free to the rest of the world

Nowhere in this article does it say it is free. They are working on expanding availability in the US. Most people in America, have other options for internet, some other countries have few or none. It is a private company with the right to market where and how they choose.
