A tipster unveiled a large number of purported devices and technology that Apple's set to reveal in 2021. This includes a 12-in ARM MacBook, further confirmation about Apple Tags, and evidence that the 2021 iPad Air might feature mini-LED technology

10000 sounds like a lot, but MSI's Creator 17, the first mini-LED laptop, has a meager 240 dimming zones, if each one of the 10000 diodes is independently controlled, then acceptable blooming could be expected, but if there's only 240 zones, even on a 10" screen it would be very obtrusive.
