Prime Computer has announced the PrimeBook Circular, a modern laptop with modular components. Available with various processors from the Intel Celeron 6305 to the Core i7-1185G7, the PrimeBook Circular has a 77 Wh battery, a 3,000 x 2,000-pixel touchscreen display and weighs 1.5 kg. The PrimeBook Circular comes with 3-years manufacturer's warranty by default, too.

Honestly poor title, just click bait really. Not very good journalism either. It doesn't have basically ANYTHING in common with the framework other than you can possibly upgrade it. But the PrimeBook Circular can only replace everything but the m.2 all at once. Looking at their website they just use intel NUC modules so there's no chance of using AMD. They don't even have user replaceable RAM, much less wifi or bluetooth and just about anything else. It's basically a shell where you insert a NUC module. You can see what the modules look like if you scroll past just the specs on their specs page. Sadly I can't add a link.
