The Surface Pro X may be one of Microsoft's most stylish products to date, but it did not quite hit the heights as the regular Surface Pro series has. Nonetheless, Microsoft is planning to release a second-generation model, and it will allegedly arrive next month.

Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit refers to the native ARM operating system. It is and always has been 64 Bit.

It already is and can run 64 bit apps (ARM64).

INTEL X64 emulation of apps is different, and what you may be referring to.

Current surface x is 32 Bit, does not run 64 Bit apps not sure what you have mate.
The Surface Pro X can natively run 64-bit apps but only those that have been ported to ARM64, an evolution of ARM that supports 64-bit processing. ... That's because most developers offer 32-bit versions of apps along with their full 64-bit versions.

Where as surface pro 7 is fully 64bit supportive.
