HMD Global is now selling the Nokia T21 after introducing the tablet in September at IFA 2022. While the tablet remains unchanged from its debut over three months ago, HMD Global has decided to raise prices, with the Nokia T21 no longer starting at €219.

No, as it clearly states in the spec sheet, "Widevine L1 for Netflix HD support". But that's for people who know how to read.
However, in the event that HD streaming IS unavailable, I would like to remind you that this is a 10'' tablet, which means that it measures under 25 cm in length; that is, not much longer than your twinky, girly hand. To say that DVD quality, or 480p, is "insufficient" at that size, is typical tech forum nonsense, and should not be taken seriously.
