Indian e-retailer, Flipkart, has announced its foray into the smartphone business with the launch of the Billion Capture+ smartphone. The new smartphone is tailor-made for the Indian market and features mid-range specs, dual 13MP rear cameras, and unlimited cloud storage for a starting price of ₹10,999 (US$169).
