Does both USB C support video out? how is the Power TDP while both USB C connected to display out?

Fcking finally, I've been waiting for more recognition and reviews of this laptop.
Although notebookcheck's score system kinda sucks, this laptop is quite better than what you'd expect (minus the awfully reflective display), especially if you configure it with the 4800U.

I have this machine and I can confirm display out works on both ports, and so does charging. I use a usb-c to DisplayPort cable and it runs my 4K monitor with no issues.
Overall a great machine! Also linux support is great on kernel 5.8. I'm running Pop!OS 20.10 (Ubuntu based)
I've found this laptop with an 8c 16t Ryzen 7, 16gb ram and a 512gb SSD for $928 USD (brand new - education discount). Is that a good deal and would this be a good laptop for school?
