Ein Hersteller von UWB-Chips hat neue Details dazu genannt, welche neuen Features der U1-Chip des Apple iPhone 12, des iPhone 13 und der Apple Watch Series 6 und 7 mit den Updates auf iOS 16 und watchOS 9 erhalten wird. Demnach profitieren hauptsächlich Smart-Home-Geräte von Apples UWB-Upgrades.
