I just want to commend the author for an excellent review. It's brilliantly detailed, and provides a really helpful overview of the phone's strengths and weaknesses. I'm looking for a phone for my son, and this is one of the very best reviews I've seen. It's even more impressive considering English is not the author's first language. What about that the phone is not able to refresh apps in the background. Its useless and a big flaw. Every app in the background closes an you have to open it up again, even in performance mode. Is that a RAM problem? I can't figure it out

Hi great review. The only issue I have although the phone connects with the car system via Bluetooth perfectly, I can barely hear the caller and have to pull over and ring back. They can hear me clearly. I have the volume turned to max and other phones are ok, so it's not the car. Any ideas.
