The Surface Laptop Go is here, Microsoft's small form factor laptop. The Go features a 12.4-inch display, a 15 W Ice Lake processor and starts at US$549.99. You may want to skip the entry-level model though, as it comes with just 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Prices rise to US$1,119.99 for 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, but this is only available to business customers.

Surface Laptop Go vs (similarly priced)  Huawei Matebook 14.
Advantages of Surface Laptop Go:
+Surface logo on lid
+slightly smaller and lighter
Matebook advantages:
+better build quality
+better screen in every aspect
+more ports
+CPU and GPU performance from completely diffferent league
+upgradable SSD without paying hundreds of € for small increase

You need to be real Microsoft fanboy to ever consider buying this laptop.

Recently, there were complains about paying $200 for a 1 TB SSD for Xbox. Here, you're paying $200 for 128 GB (8/128 for $700 vs. 8/256 for $900). Which translates to $1600 per TB. Microsoft employing a bunch of jokers for sure. With such a policy, one can only hope that nobody buys it. It's bad enough when they push this nonsense in phones and tablets.

the bad cpu is over half of the laptop price XDXD Crap what the reason to go with the Ice Lake instead making laptop with Pentium 5000. It could perform the same and cost 399$ like the Surface GO....

Yeah, hardly anyone will buy this Surface Go, but for the same price I'd rather buy an Asus Zenbook or a lower variant of HP Spectre than a 'Huawei Matebook'. Just don't want to be monitored by the comrades at the ¢¢P.
