Apples neuer SoC der M2 wird im 5 nm-Verfahren hergestellt und bietet einen Acht-Kern-Prozessor sowie bis zu 10 GPU-Kerne. Der neue Systemkern soll bis zu 35 % mehr Leistung aus der M1 liefern. Zunáchst kommt er in den neuen MacBooks Air und Pro zum Einsatz.
