Take-Two interactive has announced that it will be purchasing Zynga for US$12.7 billion dollars in an effort to boost its stance in the mobile gaming sector as well as incorporate Zynga's popular games to establish itself as a leading mobile developer. The move will aid Take-Two Interactive in broadening its scope and reach new audiences across the globe.
