Tipster @TUM_APISAK uncovered Geekbench scores for two quad-core Tiger Lake U chips. These 15-25W parts appear to have a significant IPC uplift, outscoring the hexa-core i7-10710U on single and multithreaded tests.

According to the image, it is 16 GB DDR4, not LPDDR4, and result is 1162/4047 for this system, not "1162 and 4274 single core and multicore for the 16GB model" as you say in the text. Lower results for 16 GB DDR4 model make sense assuming LPDDR4 is faster.
