The popular Dell G15 failure last year, because you had to spend a whopping 1500 USD just to be able to get basic 70% color accurate display (sRGB) option.

If Dell didn't bother to fix their pricing, again, then it's another DOA product. HP Omen 15 has 400 nit sRGB + RTX 3060 for $999. Can they beat that?

The Omen has lower performance RTX 3000s due to the TDP.

While the G15 matches a Legion 5 with full power 130 watt 3060.

Gotta take that in consideration.

They're both Max-P GPUs and the wattage difference translates to 5-10 more fps in games at best.

Getting the display to >70% DCI-P3 and >400 Nits brightness should always be a higher priority for budget system than anything else.
