Title: Review Sony Vaio Fit 13A SV-F13N1L2E/S Convertible

A chameleon. The multi-flip presents itself as a transformation artist. At one moment, it sports a clamshell look; in the next, it's suddenly a tablet PC. What does Sony do better or worse than the numerous convertibles on the market?

Would it be possible to comment on whether the BIOS update released by Sony

has fixed the fan noise (as they claim) and the CPU throttling ?

I chose the Sony Fit over the Yoga but have regretted the decision. After 30 days the unit crashed and would not take a charge so I tried calling the warranty support for Europe which is based in Cairo and each time I called a premium rate no. was informed the systems were down and so they could not assist (circa £3 per call). When the systems were up they were extremely helpful and organised collection of the unit. I am now informed by the UK warranty centre that there is nothing wrong with the unit they have hard booted it and will return !!!!!!! but I am not convinced as I had tried all tests that the call centre provided before returning to the repair centre.
Find the unit is flimsy slow and exceedingly noisy compared to the other units I have now researched.
