Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has issued a blog post detailing the company's plans to reduce its personnel numbers by five figures in 2023. These layoffs have reportedly already begun, affecting one of the Redmond giant's US centers. This is why no one should feel proud or loyalty towards big corps. The moment they see you as a cause of them losing some money, they cut you off without second thoughts.
Hope those 10k folks can find a new job soon.
I guess with only a $135 billion in profits in 2022 times are tough.
