Intel is yet to unveil the Tiger Lake-H45 series, but the flagship Core i9-11950H has appeared on Geekbench. Paired with an HP ZBook Studio G8, the Core i9-11950H will be Intel's answer to AMD's Ryzen 9 5980HX and Ryzen 9 5900HX.

Helpful context: the 5980HX apparently scores 1614 / 9265 in the same test.
Definitely seems like the power profile and/or the thermal solution in the HP laptop are holding it back. I reckon we'll be looking at the Ice Lake and OG Tiger Lake launches all over again, with the processor only hitting its advertised performance levels in systems with over-designed heatsinks.
