Title: Xiaomi's faster, lighter and smoother OS will only reach 16 devices by late Q2 2021; MIUI 12.5 will not begin rolling out globally until April or May

MIUI 12.5 may be faster, lighter and smoother than MIUI 12, but Xiaomi has confirmed that only 16 devices are slated to receive its new OS before Q3 2021. The MIUI 12.5 rollout will not begin until Q2 2021 either, although Xiaomi will eventually bring more devices onto MIUI 12.5 at some stage, but seemingly not before the summer.

What about Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max does it get MIUI 12.5 updates ??
