A listing of the unannounced AMD Navi 14 has appeared on Compubench that reveals some of the specs of this GPU, which could eventually be christened the RX 5600. The specs indicate that AMD is positioning Navi 14 as a viable alternative for NVIDIA's GTX 1660 series and a possible replacement for Polaris GPUs such as the RX 580.

He also note that the 4GB can be GDDR5 with 256 or 128 bit memory
As the memory is cheaper than GDDR6 we can expect rly low prize

Yes, from what I've seen, it can have either 128-bit GDDR6 or 256-bit GDDR5.

If it's on par with a 1070 and costs $200, I'm going for it

24CUs is great. Now, if only this was 192bit bus. To explain: if it is 128bit bus, then even with 14Gbps GDDR6, it would be bandwidth starved at 1800MHz GPU clocks, and it would also come with only 4GB of VRAM. It would only be perfect for laptops, where clocks are expected to be lower, and 128bit bus/4GB of VRAM is more like a benefit (lower power use).

Overall- ideal would be a 24CU/192bit chip for 12Gbps 6Gbps GDDR6 card for desktop, cut down cheaper desktop model as 20CU, 192bit, GDDR5, and also a laptop model as 24CU downclocked for low power use, maybe with memory bus cut to 128bit to save on power and VRAM cost.

If the upcoming Navi 5600/5600XT is going to be a successful alternative to the Nvidia 1660/1660Ti, than it needs to have these 3 things: (A) No less than 8GB of VRAM for both versions, (B) Performance comparable to the Nvidia 1070, and (C) Priced well below the 1660 cards.  Also, this card would effectively replace the Polaris-based 570, 580, and 590.  Of course, this is for the desktop editions first, with laptop versions to follow.  Whether AMD is up to the challenge, only time will tell.
