Some models of Latitude 5511 and 5510 have Thunderbolt 3 however it is not clear if it is a 20 Gbps port connected to an x2 link, or an x4 PCIe link. Also I found that even though it supports USB-C charging, it requires only Dell chargers. Similarly if you use some docking/hub monitor with USB charging, it may not work. So USB-C PD is pointless on these laptops because they don't follow the spec.
It is just me or the reviews seem biased towards Intel lately? Not only this Dell Latitude review, but so are the 3-5 previous reviews.
