HP announces the Omen X with an unlocked i7, GTX 1080, and mechanical keyboard

After months of teasing, HP has now made the 17-inch version of the HP Omen X official. It will release later this year with options including an overclock ready Kaby Lake i7, up to a GTX 1080, and a mechanical keyboard. Buyers can also choose between a 1080p 120 Hz G-Sync or 4K screen.
